The Expo 2020 Dubai has been postponed to 2021.This is the first time the World Exposition is hosted in the Middle East. The purpose of World Expositions is to promote international relations through uniting world countries with the exchange and exposure of ideas, new thoughts, innovation and experience in business, education, research and technology.

“A BETTER WORLD TOGETHER!” is the main theme for the Expo 2020 Dubai is Expo 2020 Dubai is not just another trade show – but a World Exposition where the world is gathering to present and showcase technology and knowhow for the future. Expo 2020 Dubai themes are in reference to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The EXPO theme recognises that generating sustainable solutions to global problems demands collaboration across cultures, nations and regions.

At least 190 countries have confirmed their participation. Among these, around 80 countries will have their own self-build pavilion, with design and content never seen before. A number of NGOs, major corporations, institutes and academia will have their own exhibition facilities.

The EXPO site is situated between the new Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) and The Port of Jebel Ali, and only a 35-40 minutes’ drive from Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport (DXB).
