On Monday the Norwegian pavilion was officially opened by Norwegian minister of Trade and Fisheries Iselin Nybø. We also signed a new partner to the Norway Expo Dubai project.

As the Norwegian pavilion is shaped like a ship, we had a naming ceremony. The Minister of Trade and Fisheries Iselin Nybø did the ceremonial naming of the ship. The name is Betzy Kjelsberg, who was an activist for female and workers rights in Norway.

Most of our partner companies were also present at the ceremony and we were honoured with a visit by Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade in the United Arab Emirates.

It is still possible for more companies to sign up as a partner, and join us in pioneering sustainable ocean solutions.
